The ‘handmade aspect’

Since every single item is completely handmade, hand-cut, hand-trimmed, hand-sewn, please appreciate there might be little imperfections. I hope they will be seen as certain charm and will add to the products authenticity rather then be seen as a fault. All photos are only illustrative and patterns may slightly vary due to the positioning on the cover of each book. No books are ever the same.

Processing time

All ready-to-ship items are shipped within 1 working day of receipt of payment. Made-to-order items are made as quickly as possible usually within 2-5 working days. In busier times of the year you may expect longer processing time depending on my current order book. You’ll be informed via email in case of any delays.

Shipping and packaging

UK Shipping

Shipping is calculated on the weight and size of your order. UK Orders are posted with Royal Mail using 1st Class, 24h or 48h delivery services (depending on the size and postage paid).

Please make sure to provide an accurate delivery address. If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or unpaid additional charges in your country, we will only refund the cost of goods (provided they can be resold, which doesn't apply to diaries which are completely personalised). If you require re-sending you will be charged new postage costs.

Items are wrapped in recycled paper and contained in either a postal book box or recycled padded envelope. Packaging is fully recyclable and doesn’t include any plastic.

International Shipping

Shipping is calculated on the weight and size of your order. Prices DO NOT include VAT. That means that you may have to pay import tax and any custom duties or handling fees if applicable in your country. Check your country's import policies for further info. Please do not proceed with your order unless you accept there may be additional charges. It is customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees.

Packages are marked as 'books' which may be excluded for VAT in your country. Check your country's import policies for further info.

Returns and exchanges

In case you're not fully satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return safely packaged unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for full refund. In case of returns buyer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.

Custom made and personalised products are non-refundable. Please appreciate that all diaries (unless purchased from the ‘Ready to ship’ section) are made to order and fully personalised for you therefore they can’t be accepted for returns and refunds unless faulty or damaged.

We use Mailchimp to offer you to sign up to our newsletter. Mailchimp uses cookies MCPopupSubscribed and MCPopupSubscribed. The newsletter subscription is not essential to our service and you can request to disable these cookies. In this case you will not be offered to sign up to the newsletter either.
